Translate comfort into specific features
For a Palmetto Bay wedding, explain what the couple and guests need from the facilities. Compare flushing cabins, accessible options and trailers using confirmed features rather than category names. Include existing venue bathrooms and the full reception timetable before deciding what supplemental equipment is useful.
Let the venue review the practical details
Discuss the approved position, guest approach and supplier access with the venue contact. Confirm trailer connections if relevant and assign someone to handle routine rental questions. Keep collection arrangements clear so the facilities can be removed without relying on the couple’s availability.
Equipment and service details to compare
Review installation with the venue
A discreet position still needs a usable approach and enough space for doors, steps or an appropriate accessible entry. Confirm any trailer connections for the proposed model. Discuss setup alongside catering, tent and furniture deliveries. Ask before adding screens, flowers or lighting around rental equipment.
Give someone responsibility after the reception
A planner, host or venue contact should know how to report a problem and admit the collection vehicle. Include cleanup staff in the final period of use. Confirm collection separately from the celebration end time and ask about changes through the accepted rental process.
