Name the functions that matter
Explain the activity, people and existing bathrooms, then list essential equipment features. Ask whether the proposed model contains them or needs a separate station. Category names such as deluxe or event do not establish one universal combination of facilities.
Give the supplier the site constraints
Describe the entrance, surface and intended operating position. Include the rental period and changes in use. Review delivery, supplies and service with the equipment so the proposal explains both what arrives and what keeps it usable until collection.
